A delicious breakfast idea, best served with a cup of your favourite coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 8 large Bird Bros eggs
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese
  • a splash of milk
  • small bunch chives, chopped
  • 4 large croissant

Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheddar and milk. Add a little seasoning if required.

  2. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled.

  3. Stir in chives, then split open croissants (warm them first if preferred) and place the scrambled eggs inside.
