As Christmas is fast approaching, it’s time to start thinking about delicious ways to feed family and guests.

Here’s a very special way to prepare Christmas Brunch scrambled eggs. Perfect for any day but particularly the most special morning of the year.

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 Bird Brother‬s ‪eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, pinch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon green onion top, chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped finely

Method:

  1. Beat together the eggs, green onion tops, milk, salt and pepper.

  2. In a large, lightly oiled skillet, heat the butter until it’s sizzling. Pour in the egg mixture.

  3. When the eggs just begin to set on the bottom, run a spatula underneath, allowing the uncooked egg to flow to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle in the cream cheese.

  4. Continue cooking as usual for scrambled eggs.

  5. When the eggs are set, the cheese will be melted.

  6. Serve immediately and sprinkle with parsley.
