This is a simple recipe with a healthy twist. Cooking eggs in coconut oil tastes great. Give it a go!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 Bird Bros eggs
  • A few drops of Soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 small handful fresh basil and parsley (roughly chopped - optional)

Method:

  1. Heat up the oil in a non-stick frying pan until melted.

  2. Turn the heat to low and add the eggs.

  3. Cook the eggs until mostly set and then flip them over and cook on the other side until they are cooked to your personal preference.

  4. Once cooked, serve with soy sauce and fresh herbs, or whatever you like best. Enjoy!
