LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

The UK egg market has changed dramatically in recent decades, and consumers today place greater emphasis on understanding how their food is produced and where it comes from.

Our five-year plan

2023 marks the beginning of our new plan to implement a cage-free programme with plans to completely exit enriched colony cage egg production within the next 5 years.

This will be driven by a desire to produce higher welfare products for our customers and not by legislation.

We call this plan, Vision 2028.
